I am writing this letter to firstly thank you for your patronage and loyalty
over the past ten years at Solitude Day Spa. I would also like to clear up
some concerns regarding the sale of Solitude Day Spa.
My husband and I have owned and operated this wonderful business with
pride and integrity. We have been fortunate over the past 10 years to have
a solid business base and a wonderful relationship with, not only our clients,
but also the staff and the Barrie business community.
It is time for a fresh new approach and for me to take some time with my
family. I will always stay active on a consulting basis with the new owners
of Solitude. It is very important to me that we sell to people who have the
same philosophy and business integrity.
The heart of this business is its kind and loyal employees and we have
always worked together with honesty and sincerity towards each other.
Keeping this in mind, my husband and I spoke honestly with the staff of
Solitude and explained the sale option. We were assured by each and everyone
that they will remain to see Solitude continue to grow and be the premier
day spa that it is today.
So please rest assured that this business will continue to provide you excellent
service and that all gift certificates will be honoured by the new owners.
